I love the ease of ordering and the quality of these marconas. I get POUNDS of them, and then cook them in batches in olive oil (medium heat) with some sprigs of fresh rosemary. Once golden brown, I drain on a cooling rack over a cookie sheet and then salt and paprika in a bowl to get them seasoned. These are stellar for the holidays as snacks and gifts. We keep a bowl on the counter at all times.
