This mix carries the name of our late founder. Big Al loved our proprietary blends and would delight in telling people all of the ingredients. We made this mix in his honor; and in his honor this mix is both sweet and salty.

These are my favorite Napa Nut non-chocolate item. The spicy and sweet compliment each other perfectly. Although my sister-in-law Daphne told me the lemon almonds are to die for! I will have to try those next time.
